hi wich browser you have by default? if u use explorer 11 check if u have the last version with all upgrades if is another thing try to put by default edge or chrome and restart the pc after that if the problem continue when your see me online if im not busy i will check with teamviewer

Yes, if you are using windows 7 you need install internet explorer 11, what error ir give when you try install?

Also try second solution go in client folder, open Item folder and find ie11 run it and check did it solve a problem
