You can try to change something to fix this.

1. Upgrade your internet explorer to 11
2. If you are using a VPN (like WTFast or similar) this will cause same error too.

Windows xp, vista, 7 and 8.x have this problem always and is more easy and fast a new instalation of windows 10 you just need a usb of 8gb abd a back up of your important information

Internet Explorer often causes Problems
make sure that you can open MaxKO Website and PUS on Website in IE

and dont use any Proxy (whatthefast) like GM_Viper said.

there are 2 solutions:

1. if you are using internet hostpot from a mobile phone try switching to another provider (in essence our wifi / hostpot provider is having problems, so try changing providers)

2. This method is easier and simpler, you just download any VPN that is free. try searching on google. (Can try VPN Hide.me but this VPN has trial and paid versions but on sure with this VPN Will fix this problem) The core of the problem of error miscelinous error is because our internet education has implemented HEALTHY / POSITIVE INTERNET
