The problem with the 2h weapons - showing high AP but hitting low - comes from the high weapon defense we have on the server.
Instead of making new skills and big changes...it might be easier to reduce the overall wep defense somewhat.
Kahless IMO should not give more than 5 wep def
CSW and FN wep def could also be lowered to 20 (give it a lil more AC/HP and resist to balance it out)
By changing this 3 Items you can reduce the wep of most players by 19 - should help already. Some further adjustments might be needed ofc.
The dual wield problem doesn't come from the weapon defense ability,it's an old 1299 bug,I've tested to hit a char that doesn't have def ability at all,and the result are still the same(reduced damage),I haven't try it here though,may be we can tested tonight selim?
