And it's not that hard to deal with those half int bps anyway, 1 mage and you can easily rape them, they have even less hp than full str BPs when they use str set /// if they use hp, they can tank acceptable but hitting less, so it's fair enough. I rather fight against those semi int bps with 8--> 11,5k hp, than cancelling that option and all of the semi int bps going to full int priest (16k+ hp + subside) leading to a loaded CZ with 3-4-5 int priest parties. Furthermore even with 255 hp req on mace, if priests would go for hero mace + zeus with those stats they'd still hit similar as the actual half int priests in hp set since zeus has plenty of dmg that disregard the def / ap so we wouldn't rly be anywhere except having more int priests and more boring pks.
Long story short the current situation regarding them is decent and doubt Flegy will change anything regarding that.
