Hello I'm trying to login to the website to change password but I cant login. I'm entering the right ID and password. After I want to reset the password and it says "we sended you a mail" but there is nothing coming to me. Please help me to solve this problem

I've done it but its still the same everytime it says
"Account didnt verified"
