im need any gm Answer to me

why Gm_Rizzbah told me (im must wait 10 days and after this unbanned 2x my account) and when time finished didnt unbanned them

so im need help
GEt banned for no thing doing it

so im need help unbanned them

name char =Mr_Dle_HarD name id=Naser

unbanned them
so tell me when my account 2x will unbanned
im cant wait and keep the system and didnt get any answer
