Unable to pass Clan Leadership to my Asistants

Please help, when i talk to the npc, key in my id and password, in the drop down box it shows that i do not have any Assistants but in fact i have 3 assistants, pls help

try kick him and make him normal clannie and then make him leader..

it doesnt work anyway, i couldnt pass leadership to any of my assistans...
i could click them, but i stayed leader anyway?

from what i gather you have to wait till the next sever restart, but the problem for me is i cant even pass the clan leader to my assistant, the drop down box say " you have no assistant" .
