Since this is a program that I use alot for helping our players with clientside help, I'll post a small tutorial about this.

Download the installer on the link above.
Accept the execution and select "Start" (You do NOT have to install it since you will only use it once.) -accept the terms
Now, your computer is enabled for external connections. When a staff member asks, you PM him with the ID and password that teamviewer gave.

Now you compose a pm like this:
Quote:
Id: 606 382
pw: 4531

Note that these details will provide ANYONE to control your computer, so only give these details to a staff member.

Now, sit back and enjoy the show. A staff member will check your system, analize the problem and give properly feedback to you.
When this is done, the staff member will say bye and you can close teamviewer.

Teamviever is a pretty nice programm, which i think will help the staff to help our member´s.

If you don't have confident with him and you see him doing anything strange you are able to cancel the remote connection when you want, so no need to worry. it's secure.

Under options you can also black list all IDs except the one you want to log in and help :P
