Clan and cape symbol help?!

I tried to do it myself. found the image.. used a website with an online resizer program. and it still doesnt work.

Im hoping someone here might be able to help out. Ill post the original image and maybe one of you awesome naaabcakez can edit it, maybe even make it transparent for us nooobs!! lol <3 you all!!

yesss please do this. im not sure what you mean by full clan name? you mean to put the full clan name in the logo? its TM (small floating) Hobby TM(small floating)

TM Hobby TM TM for trademark symbols

A buddy did do this, however the clan leader hasnt used it.. im not sure if its because it doesnt work or what.. I cant preview or look at the logo.. says the file is corrupted, damaged or too large.. being 32 x 32 i cant see it being too large..
