Usually if you have a video card it is located at the bottom area, just follow the arrow in the image below and check.

i have desktop i desible main graphic card but i got same error with cpu graphic card then i didnt do anything and i didnt get any problem yesterday now i cant play again -.-

I think u should install windows 7 cos there is new rules for graphic cards on newer windows versions. If u have 2x or more graphic card on 1 pc , there is a feature for save energy. Its callin as NVIDIA Optimus in Nvidia graphic cards so ur ATI display card has that feature too. Windows 8 and windows 10 doesnt supporting most cracked games for use ATI or NVIDIA. Knight Online Pvp servers are in the that cracked games list. So u have to downgrade ur windows version to 7.

He had some gaming program that over clocked his GPU.
Fixed it for him with teamviewer.
