As rule says we ban NPTers on couple of days (depend on that how much time he did NPT) and remove their NPS. Also i was the GM who made that investigation and i made really deep investigation and i come to conclusion that is made for NPT since there were 0 NPS at all chars. I can give a chance to that guy now since its already 1.5 months passed away. But if i see again something like that i will punish him badly.
