foremost, i had checked him on tools, but there is no thing weird there..
Let me explain some thing since in your video just a visual bug :)
When you click on the target, which chased through you by "click left" it's just showing you up that he jumped Straight down and that what you'd seen and this wouldn't able him to reach the target, so that on the other side from him, he is being running normal, just it was a visual bug from your side.
