Today i changed 80 vote points for string of skulls +5 then receive the item in my inn, but when try to use i was disconnected, when relog my item disapear from this---- pls help:::!!!!!!

Last log in time:01/06/2011 21.00
Date/time when u lost them:21.00
Expain how you lost them: i changed 80 vote points for string of skulls +5, i recive the item, when i try ti use, the game disconect to me, when reloged i see the item dissapear. I need help
List of items:String of Skulls (+5)

ALL THIS IN MORADOM , CAN ANY GM TRY TO READM Y POST AND HELP ?? JUST NEED RESTART VOTE POINTS NOTHING MORE.
