Did you check your antivirus? Maybe he is blocking maxko?

turn off your antivirus and reinstall maxko then manually re patch from version 1573 to 1591.
or
update your graphic card drivers

If your antivirus is on ;

Put maxko.exe and maxkoc.exe files into your antivirus exclusions list. So antivirus program will stop scan and monitoring this 2 file .
