Hello,

Yesterday at night (10.06.2017) the server fell down for a few minutes,
Before the crash, I traded with Gallipoli17 2 Ruby Coins for 11 Green Gems.
Unfortunately, once the server was up, we both lost our items. (the items above).
I hope you guys could help us out somehow,

1. My sharer wouldn't take the coins, i'm also sharing his character and he's not playing anymore.
2. I know we're not speaking of a large sum of money, but the thing is that it had completed my gems quantity for a green dagger.

Next time please make a screen shot in your trade so there will be a proof. I recommend this to all players in case there will a problem you can have a proof. :?:

Hi there

You Traded 2 x Ruby Coin whit Gallipoli17 on this time 6/10/2017 3:53 AM and he recive that 2 x Ruby Coins wich the server say you get him back ( maybe bcoz of server restarted ? !? ) After you put the 11 green gems on 6/10/2017 3:53 AM in Inn Nia Then you trade the ruby coin whit LightningStrike this date 6/10/2017 8:10 PM .

Can you explain me better ?
