restart and lost items

if i can tell the happen again you may be happen can solve.
i gave my items to karatekamil.after i gave my items (hero sword and c bow ) came the restart.(when restart come my items on karatekamil)
finally if you dont see my items on my inventroy.you should check karatekamil

I can't see any trade between u and him that involves hero sword or c bow.
only that u traded hero parts
and KarateKamiL items on 09.12

non of u had hero sword or chaos bow.
give me dates before u took hero sword out of inn or u got the items
same or c bow.

i guess it was between 01.00 and 02.00 i took the hero sword from Joeglachel.
i give Hero Bow him and he give me H sword. if you want you ask him.

after i gave my items to KARATEKAMIL.i gave first H sword and C bow.after 1 or 2 hours later i gave my hero set to karatekamil..

if you check karatekamil inventory.when my items lost,they were on karatekamil's inventory

JoeglacheL had 2x hero bow on 09.12.2011, non are related to u.
Joeglachel also had hero sword, wich isn't related to u either.
Gonna wait for flegy and ask 08 december back up, if I can't see that u had any mentioned item, this topic goes lock.

and if you look 8.12.2011 you could seen H Bow and C bow.09.12.2011 nights i traded my h bow with joeglachel's hero sword

AND

i buy KC and Premium every months.but noone dont interest me so if my items wont come back.you can be sure i wont buy premium or cash again

I didn't see c bow or h sword on 08 backup
u have to give me time where u traded it before example, like how did u get the bow and h sword

and mention u were selling h sword today on moradon when I logged in.

Expain how you lost them: R1chPich give me hero sword and chaos bow. After server is restart and i enter game but items are gone. This restart after server is 5 restart too.
