Dark_avatar, you used Google chrome right? On google chrome u got something called AdBlock. Check if AdBlock stop Pus for you. It shouldnt do it but you never know

Well, can't think about anything else anymore that might help you solve it by your self.
All i can think of that Flegy made the PUS work on a different port, which i think the PUS and the titan panel working on the same port(i assume) that your ISP might block it and might needs to call your ISP and unblock that port.
But i assume that's not the problem since you can go through the panel?
Something blocks it on your PC or ISP and i guess i will need to locate it my self instead of giving you more and more tips.
