Hello i read so many silly replies so i came here to help, just be sure that u have latest version of "Adobe flash player" if don't? download it!, lemme know if work!

Lets try this.
I will give you some links that will automatically start download a 16 MB file.
After the download is finished, run the simple installation.

Files with Links :
1. Flash Player 13 for Internet Explorer
2. Flash Player 13 for other browsers

Try to install the first 2 and let us know if Solved.

In case you using Macintosh Computer :
Flash Player 13 for supported browsers

Dark_avatar, you used Google chrome right? On google chrome u got something called AdBlock. Check if AdBlock stop Pus for you. It shouldnt do it but you never know :)

Well, can't think about anything else anymore that might help you solve it by your self.
All i can think of that Flegy made the PUS work on a different port, which i think the PUS and the titan panel working on the same port(i assume) that your ISP might block it and might needs to call your ISP and unblock that port.
But i assume that's not the problem since you can go through the panel?
Something blocks it on your PC or ISP and i guess i will need to locate it my self instead of giving you more and more tips.

Just try catching me on Shout-Box with Team Viewer codes ready and i will solve it for you asap.
