I dont like red its annoying to my eyes. IS there a way to chnage the stupid red color and make it transparent?

Next i need the info bar and chat bar to be separate as it originally was. I cant play like this i need to see the info bar while vsing, but i cant move it to the right spot and it is fucking me up

search a patch on some forum, cause we cant change it if only 1/200 complains about it. i like it as it is now.
