As far as I remember when you have 80 lvl , and make abbys quest you almoust get 83 lvl so it took less than 1 min. to make 83 lvl , so your idea has no sense.

True, but still I think that this would reduce number of NPTs.

I'm not trying to go against anyone just stating my own opinion,

Regardless of the level when you make naked chars wether it be level 1 or 85, when that char is naked people can still one hit kill these np transfers. I believe the best solution to this issue is simple if there can be a system that detects understated or under geared people in cz it automatically boots them from cz back to morodon.

I believe there should be a gear and level and stat requirement this will help slow down npt since it will be hard to kill while fully geared.

Unless we change cz to a war format where if you did you go to jail and you stay in jail for 5-10 mins before coming out.

Once again these are ways to really slow down np transfers a good way to stop it is if your in a zone where you can be killed and is left standing there for a few mins you automatically get tp'd to morodon or to a safe Zone.

Either way removing np transfers completely is going to take time and practice until then work together and kill all npt before they ruin your fun.

For real still dosent have way to full block NPT we right now have tool to block npt transfer and his party. But tool didnt that smart to detect all.

You idea didnt bad up lvl what is allowed login in CZ but i think it will not stop npt because all who doing now npt is 83lvl character.

Maybe one day we find full solution for block it but for now it stay mistery
