So with a bit of search i came up with this video

That character is a 20xx version character. when they posted that picture, they had in mind that they would most likely release their 20xx version, but it never actually happened. PS. That class is called a Kurian

And if it's well played, it is easily the most useful support character in a party. it can descent, have 14k hp(max), can pull players to them, and stun group of ppl for about 3 seconds. it's a mix between all classes.
