Make the Nation Change at least 50 k Np, so all can pk in a stabilized server. When it is free, it doesn't serve the purpose of balancing, it is more like people choose the side of the strong to farm nps easier. One example is that you can observe mage parties, they nt to the nation with at least one melee party. When the melee fights( tanks in that case) they start novaing, getting all the nps. Other than GM interference to balance the server, Nation Change should cost something valuable to players

Hello Shojumaru. First off, i'm not saying your overall idea is wrong. I just want to clarify the part that touches me, since my main pk char is from a mage clan. Please note that I only speak for myself and my clan members, not any other mages out there. When you see us NT it has nothing to do with that Nation having a melee party for us to ks. It's actualy quite the opposite. We NT precisely when a certain Nation doesnt have alot of players in cz and is clearly being dominated. If you pay close atention, you will see there is no need for tank parties as far as we are concerned.
However, I say again, I am not against your idea and I only speak for me and my clan members.
It's nice that you make a post expressing your concerns and you actualy suggest some kind of solution (in this case the 50kNP).

Sorry if I have offended you, it was not my intention to do so... I never thought about a clan in my mind, I was just giving an example. I saw today that u just NT to orc when there were nearly no orcs, so no need to be offended, the people in my example before are not you :)

Still, I think after a balance, people should be discouraged to NT so much. Even 2 k was really insignificant value, now there is no cost to NT. I am trying to remember the NP cost of old Maxko, it was a fine value to keep server balanced.

Anyway I felt sorry if I offended u guys :)

Thanks for the topic.


I am lets say a bit longer in the business of staff , and also had the opportunity also to take the hand in "balancing server".

I remember it used to be 30k before .

Problems with it>
You "depend" on the clans which are "nation holders"

It would be nice to balance them , but the moment 1 clan gets innactive , balance gets screwed up.

Additionally , it is hard to balance "Nation Holders" since also they play in different time zones , and that is the main Problem with the PK Balance.

Regarding the current situation it is free for a reason.

If any timezone is unbalanced , u have the possibility to NT and than arrange a good pk with friends/clannies all over.

I do NT actually more than 4-5 times a day , when I pk.

The main problem is tho is the players that try to abuse it and do not try to PK.

Go in wars , or as it was before monthly rankings (fixed now) , change to stronger nation and so on...

BUT in the end you guys have the choice to PK and organize the balance in CZ.

Lets say it is something like Counter Strike now.(u can go terror/counter strike whenever u want , and shoot as much as u like)


Having those 2x points in mind , I would go for the free NT.

Long story made short , if u guys want to because other nation is too strong , just NT.
