You will have to disable your antivirus and install last patch again. It seems your antivirus deleted some necassary files that is needed for startup.

Ur primary firewall?...check it you must have an anti-virus

yeah u need to repatch with ur antivirus / firewall off. after u repatch u can put it on again.

These are the things you need to do to play with last patch.
*Turn Off your antivirus or put MaxKo folder in exceptions and repatch your client again.
*Install Net. Framework 3.5 Or Higher.
*Run as Administrator if you have Win7.
*Be sure that these files are in your MaxKo Folder (Client).

1.Ms.dll
2.Eg.dll
3.Max.exe
4.MaxKOC.exe
5.Launcher.exe
6.mss32.dll
7.msvcr100.dll

If you don't have these files you can download it from here.
