we was banned in 21/3/2017 and my young brother ask me we was have 10gb in hotes and when we log in game in 8/3/2017 i dont found it i dont ask my brother if he use it or not and if i ask him about it im sure he will not also dont remmber

Hello Algssa_Milano,
At first you have to tell us the correct information because every Gm check according to the information gaven by you.
GM_Padrino haven't done anything about your case before checking with information you gave to us more than one time.
As you said you didn't login game 5 days ago and GM_Padrino have checked all logs past 5 days since creation of topic ,So there is no explanation how you lost your 10gbs except trying to hack staff team and that's GM_Padrino have thought.

Please attempt to fill this proper form with correct information and Gms will check logs of the date will you give and without correct information MaxKO Team cannot help you.

It's your own fault since you haven't posted incorrect information so there is no explanation except trying steal some thing.
there is one chance to restore your 10gb if you lose them and it's fill the proper i gave above , if you don't want so there is no point to leave topic open and should be closed

Point is you're not getting the 10gb back since they never left your account check all your char but you did not lose these gb. Now this is the final reply I will make on one of your topics about this. The next time you bring this up you will be banned no questions asked.
