At first you have to tell us the correct information because every Gm check according to the information gaven by you.
GM_Padrino haven't done anything about your case before checking with information you gave to us more than one time.
As you said you didn't login game 5 days ago and GM_Padrino have checked all logs past 5 days since creation of topic ,So there is no explanation how you lost your 10gbs except trying to hack staff team and that's GM_Padrino have thought.

Please attempt to fill this proper form with correct information and Gms will check logs of the date will you give and without correct information MaxKO Team cannot help you.

Point is you're not getting the 10gb back since they never left your account check all your char but you did not lose these gb. Now this is the final reply I will make on one of your topics about this. The next time you bring this up you will be banned no questions asked. So please be understanding about the situation at hand. I'm not here to make you happy I'm here to keep order in the server so don't get my job mixed up. Thanks have a good day. Closed
