skillbar always gone

hello there
i have problem with my skillbard, everytime i did set my skillbard, when i relog, it always gone, i do typed /save but its no use, nothing happen.But, when i try with other, the skill bar didnt gone, can u fix this?
my nick is Just4Kill ty

Try to set your bars, teleport to a different zone, /save then relog try both ways select char + logging off via alt + F4 and logging again, it might help.

It always works for me that way.
