Adding VPOS ( Virtual POS System ) is not easy as you think guys . Banks asks many conditions , papers but most important you've to be company to get it.

But maybe you can deal with Western Union or any other way

Guess there are offices everywhere at Perú,get flegy´s personal info (needed only name-country-city-phone number)
Ofc you must talk to flegy if he is up to deal through W/U and then you send money and you will get a receipt.
Then you let flegy knows your personal info,how much you sent and the Money Transfer Control Number [MTCN] (you will find it in your receipt).
