ost Items: 7 primas bought 50k NP pop never recieved items

* Explain how you lost them: i bought 7 primas for 50k NP each. i forgot my inventory was full. so no items got into my inventory. i checked NPC and no primas were in there. i lost all my NP and got no primas. please refund me 7 primas of 50k NP * 7.. and the problem will be figured out. i'm a good player i've bought NC in past and spend good money playing this game. please help!!!
