This is the problem that I had with my account when entering the kc, when they replaced the 5kc voucher and changed it with the character (AoE), I got the first error where it said: miscellaneous error.
Then I bought another kc vocuher and tried to exchange it with the character on the right side (Anakin) and I got the same error, it is the third kc voucher that is swallowed without giving me the np's in the account, it is still frozen at 55 and with the error that I show in the image, solution please, thanks. privately I can leave you the account password
