Good afternoon today minutes before the bifrost event I bought x4 kc certificates, in the rush to enter the event quickly I quickly exchanged the 4 kc certificates but only received 15 kc points and not the 20 that the npc should have given me, he stayed at 55 points my account and I do not reach the 60 points that I should have in total.
