Well idk if there is a hero staff or a chaos staff but since ppl are complaining about mages ( im not complaining but i as a mage player say that these mages on this server REALLY suck with how they got nerfed ) i would say you should make their weapons by some chance for example a Chaos Staff has 1k hp/mp maybe add like 5 weapon def or 10 weapon def to them so they are more resistant to damage that way the mages will be hitting as hard as warriors and other classes and will be taking around the same damage only less hp THOUGH mages should be hitting around 1k-1.4k with blade attacks and novas around about 1.5kish because it shouldnt take 2 mages parties to kill 1 melee party if anyone has ever played usko 1 mage party is usually enough to rape a meelee party WITH 3 PRIESTS IN IT. This is a private server everyone has over 10k-15k hp depending on class it would only be normal for mages to hit harder. But this is just a suggestion some ppl may agree with this some ppl may say am i crazy but i dont care tbh its just a suggestion MAYBE it will make them too overpowered maybe not, If you increase damage dont add weapon defences on staff if you dont increase do something similiar to the weapon defences
