well first things first:
Thanks for fixing archer far attack. 
but it seems like patch 1638 disables archer double and multi hits.
Archer double hits were used by combining one 75+ archer skill with normal attack from far.
For example:
Standing far away u cast "Power shot", then cast "Dark Pursuer". As "Power shot" travels much slower then "Dark Pursuer" they hit the target almost simultaniously, which is very very usefull for ks
In Old Maxko, "Headshot" used to fly as fast as normal attack so u could combine "Power shot" with "Headshot" for maximum Damage. Sadly here in Titan it flys as slow as the other 75+ skills.
With good positioning, both parties running and superb timing you used to be able to "combine" 3 attacks into one, because 75+ skills dont fly straight, but in a smoothed curve.
PLEASE FIX THIS! Because now only first hit makes damage and all others dont do anything. Consequently its better to use 2-3 "normal" attack instead of one "spezial" 75+ attack. Therefore all 75+ skills became useless. Either make it like it used to be or make them fly as fast as normal attack.
PS: Its obvious that this isnt a Client side problem, because technically its a normal "arrow shooting". This seem like the Server doesnt enable any other arrow damage after the target just received arrow damage.
PS²: idk if this Error came from patch 1638 or an earlier one, but before u messed with archer this was working
