The easiest way to end and solved this problem is return the accounts to each other but since the other guy is working hard for alf account then better take the items that you have been earned by playing his account and if you make too much np of him and that is the issue why he want it back then use the nps to buy hero weapon and keep it then when all your effort is paid then return the items which he own and for Alf you should admitted that consequences since you share your account. Either way as the GM said better locked the accounts.

Which do you like? Better solve and end this arguement once or we do something which both of you will not like.
