thats a item that incres your np gain for 20% and duration is 5mins also normaly you get 50nps 50lps whit the meet you get 60 from each and the thing its make it only dropable in cz also you get these if you kil a enemy your complet pt and you get one and like i said the duration its 5mins also low time and they wil need too farm it in cz = masacre in cz
