Banned by unfair reason through FM_PooH

i was playing in game and login in ts belong to channel ( Titan Help) with my party then FM_Pooh log on ts nd then tell us to leave Teamspeak... after that he lure me to his channel and talk with me for what about what? seem that he thought we were talking in bad behaviour some thing like that ?? then he DC me with out any thing.... until we was playing and he told me that this channel isnt for playing /pk?? so in his opinion Channel of Titan Help was for what?? i have the right not me but whole maxko players to log in any channel and use it for playing even if it was pk or help ?? but the problem why was he using his authority of FM on TS for banning the players........ so after i had got dc, i logged again and i under anger and i said to him "you are dumb" is that a reason lead me to get ban on ts? is that seriously reason? as i know maxko staff whould have patience with players ? why he used his feeling in his job?? he is a mistaken to use his authority and dc me from ts since we were playing and this was obvious result leaded me to log once again on ts then say to him "dumb"

After i had got ban on ts with that reason (i dont think so it was a real reason) but after that i logged on forum and were discuss with him my issue and by the way i said to him "you are dumb and your brain looks like a kid" and i got ban ............ (Really) and my other account got 1 week ban is that fair

first of all word of (dumb) was so far to lead someone to get (ban)
i accepted my punishement but i dont accept FM_Pooh's authority over over

Every history has 2 sides, i dunno Fm_Pooh's side but from what I can see doesnt really seems a GG reason for a ban in ts/forum.

You was camping in HELP Channel in TS. There were around 2 people new to this server in HELP Channel in TS, asking for help to download the game and whatsoever. One of them poked me for help, I came to the channel to guide/help both of them but you was there PK'ing with your party so it was kinda annoying, I asked everyone nicely to move out of the channel except those who need help can stay. Your party left without any problem but YOU insisted on staying, trash talking to me and threatening me that you have another staff member on your back that will un-ban you ANYTIME also you knew the consequences you could face for disrespecting a staff member very well, may I ask why'd you do that? - or not, we all know it, some people just likes to cross the lines to prove their existence lately.

Before I forget, as we all know, Help Channel is made to help people NOT for you to PK in there, there's A LOT of different channels so you could PK in + your private channels with your own passwords. Don't play the fool and accept your punishment, it was only 6 hours for the reasons I underlined above.

I will keep this topic open if you think what I did was wrong and I will forward this to my lead Forever_ to give final decision to this.

well,
let me tell you some thing in a short "there were not any players in teamspeaker who asking for helping except us" we were only players were on that channel used it for PK and you jumped suddenly with a fake story like what you said befor abut "2x player want helping ect ect ect ect " and you're trying to correct your case in this Situation, So that you said that you ban me for 6hrs on Teamspeake but this incorrect i got ban on ts for 1 day or a week and my Ts still ban ?
ah also ma other acc still? so iam still waiting the finl answer

I will not side with anyone here - both of you are wrong to be honest.

You're at fault for not listening to/respecting a staff member.
FM_Pooh is at fault too for not banning you for a longer period even though you know what you've done.

Help Channel is made in the first place for those who needs help so why would you PK there specifically and you have 4 Public PK + AFK + Farm / EXP channels? Total of 12 channel + your private channels with your own passwords. Why in help channel exactly?
Put yourself as one of the new-comers, new to server and people in help channel aren't giving a shit about them, too busy pking, is it okay? I don't know about you but for me HELL NO.

When FM_Pooh asked you to move out, you should've done it without hesitating or insulting, FM_Pooh is part of this staff, organization of Forum & TS is her job and respect is a must. You're lucky you got out of this for 6 hours only on your main account.

And yes, telling a staff member "you are dumb and your brain looks like a kid" is NOT right and if the staff member felt offended, she/he have the right to ban you. So speak with manners and you'll be out of trouble.

PokerGeekAaU & Mr_Schweinsteiger were unbanned automatically and I manually unbanned your third account "eslamo", hope you learnt a lesson.
