There is no proof of you receiving that item,therefore we have nothing to restore or something to can help help with. If that happen , might be because of your inventory was full in the moment you opened Power Up Store.

Please make a screenshot next time when you receive any item from Lightborn NPC, using the " - " key from your numpad keyboard and send us the .ksc file , located in the TitanKO folder installation.
