i test already this skill my friend was mage with full item and i was log with Rogue/Warrior Ice burst skill mage the ''aoe'' have so high ice rate seems like 90% to get slow also the range of this skill is bug is so high check it please and fix it!

Tested it and nothing rly wrong with it. (Well you get the skill's animation on you even if it doesn't slow you, but it happens with everything else too --> ice arrow // other mage ice skills)

The skill's range is exactly like any other aoe skill's: (Slightly more than the circle you see while throwing the skill, but not much more) At this distance it doesn't work already:

As for the slowing rate, it's nowhere near to 90%. Menaged to slow that warrior few times, but with like 10% success rate. Not to mention that the lvl 33 skill is the hardest to throw successfully since plenty of factor can cancel it.


/closed since the skill is working fine.



PS.: With more HP stats, the slow rate raising too.
