Try re-installing your client with both firewall/anti-virus turned off (to not make a problem for you during the installation).

If it still doesn't work then wait for a reply from someone with better experience or Flegy himself.

I tped you to Ronark Land. Prolly you have some missed zone files or corrupted. Try reinstall your client again. Don't forget close ur antivirus/firewall.
