As aomine said im pretty sure its your antivirus, add titan to your allowed list and reinstall and open launcher via adminsitrator

HEEYY!! i have news about this problem..... isnt a problem about antivirus or firewall... the problem is a bug about resolution... if i dont touch the resolution all works fine, if i touch cant see anything.
im not sure but beleve something about thelast path. idk.

1024x768x16 all ok..
other = bug or error idk.
files dont lose because if i put again 1024x768 problem disapear

Try reinstall it , but before installing it turn ur antivirus off.

(some say Firewall too , but not really neccesary imo , but u can try also turn the firewall off )

I would also recommend u install it on a different folder now (used to get bugged on my PC sometimes when i installed in same folder )

After that we can know if its an Antivirus issue or not.

If it is than just exclude ur file from ur AV ( if u dont know how - there are plenty of guides for most of antiviruses in the internet )

EDIT : I did not read the second side of the Topic.

Since its a BUG about the resolution I would still recommend u try reinstall / repair the game disabling them all off.
