ok to start off im new to the whole private server thing so please forgive me if my questions seem (special)

ok so i installed the maxko download into its own folder then i click on maxko or max koc and i get a error message saying (could not access the specified device, path or file. you may not have sufficient privileges to access the object) i thought it might be due to me not patching the game so i went to launcher and the same message appeared.

i could really do with some help here please

please can somone give me any advice....i have reinstalled the game 4 times now...i have tryed 3 times to manually patch the game from 1501 through to 1572 but still i get the (could not access the specified device, path or file. you may not have sufficient privileges to access the object) message....am i patching it wrong maybe? i install maxko into its own folder then i use winrar to unzip each patch 1 by 1 into the maxko folder...is that the right place? and when 2 files have the same name it asks me if i want to replace it and i say yes?? well thats what i did so far and it has not worked for me....am i doing something wrong? maybe not in the right folder?
somone said you have to install it into the actual original knight online games folder...but i didnt really understand what they ment..if thats true can somone explain it to me as clearly as possible.

the strange thing is i patched the game upto 1503 and started the launcher and it started but said (irregular file download) then crashed....i also patched it to 1565 and it said (checking for updates) then said (can not connect to server) and crashed again....

ok i took pics of everything that could possible help....might be overkill but iam gettiung tired of this...

ok i also noticed something else which is kinda strange...i update to around patch 1545
then the auto patcher started to work until patch 1561 then i manual patched 1562 and then tryed to run auto patch again and i got this screen http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/2899/maxkoss1.png then i kept on manual installing till patch 1565 with the new maxko.exe file in it and i get this error ( this is the error i was talking about i got it when i first install the game and after i finish installing 1565 till 1572 i get the same error) http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/8629/maxkoss2.png Umm hehe i just realised its in swedish Xp never really noticed so here is the translation of what it says (could not access the specified device, path or file. you may not have sufficient privileges to access the object)

im wondering if it has anything to do with the maxko.exe launcher file because i dont get that error message pop up untill patch 1565 before that a menu pops up atleast....

i dont now if this is relevent or not but i noticed before patch 1565 and after 1565 patch the 2 launcher files seem to be differant altogether....could that have something to do with the error?
