he not sure how to find ip but he did ip config on his computer and guess this should be the ip : 63.251.217.2, he is connected to a router so not sure which ip it is the router ip is 192.168.0.103.

and nothing there
try give me the true date of when he get hacked + when his last game login .

it should be either 5 or 7 sept, he cant enter acc anymore at that moment, not sure if item was traded off. as he cant remember the secret code, cant reset the password, so any items missing or not he not sure.
