if you got any problem when you try to log game, here you will know where is your problem, follow these steps 
first you must know if there a new patch's or not from this link of patch's ftp://logintitan.maxko.org/
then go to your titan folder then get your option editor,here 
then make sure if number option patch same last number links of patch or not, this must be same if not, must you download it for log your game

other problem that's will be your internet connection
