What do you mean by finished quests? Does for example top 3 players on chaos get voucher of chaos?

Voucher of chaos you need to finished some quests to get np,exep etc etc. But just first 3 geting chance to earn 1 day wing.

Those vouchers will be the same as the ones that you can trade for chaos weapons?
