I didthe daily event and then opened the PUS then went back into my inn but didn't receive my item. It was Spirit Armor Pauldrin for a Warrior +9 or +10. Could this problem been fixed Thank you.

First, There is no Spirit Armor +9 +10 in the daily Event, the armor comes in +8.

We already said many times to the people who had issue's with that NPC to take an Original KSC of the item if its important item for you and make a topic in the right form of Your Problem section with all the required info.

Other than that, you shouldn't have issue with it since once you open PUS and close, the item suppose to pop up in your inventory.
Another thing, if your inventory is full, you cannot open PUS.

So there is nothing much we can do for you, we are sorry about that.
For the next time, just post in the right Form and take an original KSC screen shot of the item.
