I asked Gilad to change clan leader in my Clan.

Actually he changed it , ThomasMuller25 should be clan leader now (or is).

As i have heared, after i manually changed your clan, it was not showing them as status online when they were on.
That's what happened when we add them manually.
Because for some reason changing your clan leader + server restart, it didn't take effect and replaced your position in the clan.

So i would highly recommend you to just ReMake your clan and add everyone from the beginning, it will be faster and better as GM_Dave said to you.

I will only be able to help you when Assist in your clan is bugged, which i already did to some clans and it takes effect without a need for server restart.
