Hi Birdie,

we did this by intention.
Got many complains about Rogues that are OP with Valks/ CS+0 and a "super-minor"...
They are just to tanky.

So we decided to decrease the wep def on the CS+0.
30 wep def should still give quite some tank ability - for example in a vs with a warrior.
It is like this since 4 days...and the client side will be updated as soon as Flegy is ready with the next patch.

We consider to bring in Scorpion shield (+10 with 51str requirement) as an alternativ for Rogues and Mages.
I think it would be nice for Rogue and Mage to have some choice - depending on the opponent they fight.
