i have the same problem.

These are the things you need to do to play with last patch.
*Turn Off your antivirus or put MaxKo folder in exceptions and repatch your client again.
*Install Net. Framework 3.5 Or Higher.
*Run as Administrator if you have Win7.
*Be sure that these files are in your MaxKo Folder (Client).

1.Ms.dll
2.Eg.dll
3.Max.exe
4.MaxKOC.exe
5.Launcher.exe
6.mss32.dll
7.msvcr100.dll

If you don't have these files you can download it from here.

I can not enter the game in a 45% error.2 once I installed the game again, but your error.help me pls.
