Hi, after I hade install titan and all the patches(in the launcher). and yes I hade turned off the firewall and the antivirus. when I press the start nothing happens...

Make sure that you got the ''Max.exe'' if you don't have it re-extract the game without your antivirus.
Try to run launcher and Max.exe as administrator if it's still not working reinstall the game or wait for one GM/developer for more tips..

You need load Windows Framework.

yo, reinstalled it. now it works.. wierd but doesent matter now when it works
