i'm just start play today when create new char it done and come back main screen it dont show my char at the under bar it show lvl = 0 name is FireBirds class = unknow ???? and cant select char and enter to game GM plz check it let me play

It's the first time I play on a priv. server, I created my character (it doesn't even show up, I can just see its name, the class is "Unknown") and when I click on "Start" it says "Cannot select the character" and it closes the client.

Please help :/
