So what I was thinking bout was would it be possible to put BoC into the PUS. It would make it possible for the weaker clan to get a cape or for ppl who can't find any decent members to actually kill it.

You can ask any high good geared ppl or anyone to help you out with doing cape quest. no one will refuse i think.
and why would it be in pus?
